Since PG+ is using data collected from DODD we sent notices to providers using the data that we have been provided. We did find many instances where email addresses were invalid, therefore some providers did not receive the login instructions.
The best place to start is the Provider Certification Wizard with DODD. Please validate that infact your contact info is correct there, first. Once you have done that, please feel free to submit a support ticket and a representative will gladly assist you with obtaining your login info.
